Arsenal Legend Emmanuel Adebayor Provides Scholarship to Brilliant Young Togolese Student

 Former Arsenal forward Emmanuel Adebayor has provided an educational scholarship to a young Togolese student The former African Player of the Year has promised to foot the educational bill of the student following his outstanding performance in a national exam Emmanuel Adebayor enjoyed a successful football career during his time in England, where he played for Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City.

Former Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has pledged to sponsor the education of a brilliant Togolese student known as Godwin Sodji. Adebayor, through his Sheyi Emmanuel Adebayor foundation, will foot the educational bills of young Sodji as he starts his education at the African Institute of Sciences, Technologies and Trade. 

In a post on Facebook, Adebayor congratulated the student for emerging top in a national exam in Togo and has promised to help him realize his dreams of pursuing Law and Political Science.

"My SEA Foundation granted a scholarship of excellence to this brilliant student to pursue his dream and live his passion of Law and Political Science at the African Institute of Sciences, Technologies and Trade in Lome, Togo and African University of Social, Technical and Medical Sciences, two establishments I sponsor to promote education and entrepreneurship among young people in Africa."
